Auto-Expression was recorded on 101218 using a patch created by Luer that explores some ideas of generative music. This is a documentation of Luer's interest in Generative Music, Chance and Immediatism.

This was recorded without help from the artist and with the volume turned down so the artist could not hear it and feel compelled to intervene.

Duration was not determined prior to recording and was ended at the artist's discretion a little after the 30 minute mark.

Track two was recorded the morning of 101318 using the same patch and changed a few settings. Also included an Eventide Modfactor effects pedal to one of the sound sources. This track was not tampered with either but was recorded with the volume up. Duration was determined by length of first track.

Included a digital copy of the collage used for the artwork. The original title was called Ladies Night Out. It was a collage using 9 playing cards as the collage surface. The Collage was made by Matt Taggart.

I'm so glad to see Tralphaz back at it again. This is basically just a straight up harsh noise album with a layer of formless, psychedelic sci-fi synth textures in the background that add that extra trippy depth. I love the first track as it's the good old frantically shifting Tralphaz sound. I can't wait to hear more new material from David Lim. Dawid Scumwalski
